Streamlane supports APIS submissions to Hong Kong by providing your passenger and crew lists in the correct format required by the Hong Kong APIS web portal.
Instead of entering each traveller manually, you can download the CSV file directly from your flight in GOVlink and upload it to the Hong Kong portal for a fast and accurate submission.

How it works

1. Create your account on the Hong Kong API web portal (first-time use only).
2. Open your flight in GOVlink scheduled for Hong Kong.
3. In the Arrival/Departure section, click “Web portal file” to download the required CSV containing your passenger and crew data.
4. Log in to the Hong Kong web portal.
5. Select “Bulk Submission (Interactive) – PAX/Crew” and enter your flight details.
6. Upload the CSV file you downloaded from GOVlink to complete the submission.
