Set ATD

If your account is configured to use ATD, the H0 push will only be triggered once an ATD has been entered.

How to set ATD:

  1. Open your flight in GOVlink.
  2. In the Departure section, click “+ ATD.”
  3. Enter the Local ATD date and time in the pop-up window.
  4. Save your entry to confirm.

ATD Notifications

Operators can receive an alert when an ATD has not been entered after the scheduled departure time. This notification setting is configured during onboarding.

Update Change Flight and Passenger Details

Administrators and agents can update:

  • Scheduled times or stations (if not already departed)
  • Aircraft details (registration, call sign, type)
  • Provider contact information
  • Passenger and crew details

Update Time Limits

Flights can only be modified within the Update Flight Time Limit (UFTL) period defined in the provider configuration.
Once this period expires — or once an Actual Time of Departure (ATD) is declared — updates are no longer possible.

Cancel and Reinstate Flight

A flight can be cancelled at any time before the purge time limit expires.

Cancel Flight Process

  1. Click on the cross on the Flight view.
  2. Select Cancel Flight.
  3. Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window.

Once confirmed:

  • Tick “Cancelled” in the flight search engine filter to view cancelled flights
  • Passenger and crew data remain stored until the scheduled purge.

Reinstate Flight Process

  1. Open the Flight Details view.
  2. Select Reinstate Flight.
  3. Confirm reinstatement.

The flight returns to Active status, and future messages (such as H0 or PAXLST) resume according to the message configuration. If the purge period has already elapsed, reinstatement is not possible and the flight must be re-created.

Flight Data Purge

The purge process automatically deletes sensitive passenger and flight data after a defined period following the scheduled or actual departure.
The duration is set by the Purge Time Limit in the provider configuration (expressed in hours).

After the purge period expires, all personal identifiable information from passengers and crew is permanently deleted. Only minimal flight metadata (e.g., flight number, date, and status) may remain visible for historical reference.
