The pre-validation feature allows for an internal check of existing passenger and crew data without transmitting any information to state authorities. Instead, the system verifies whether all required passport details and other mandatory fields are complete or if any data is missing.

Pre-validation runs automatically before each flight based on your organisation’s configuration. If additional checks are needed, you can also run pre-validation manually at any time from the Flight Details screen.

Simply click on the prevalidation button as shown below.

If a pre-validation error occurs, the provider is notified by an email alert sent to the email addresses configured for that organisation. The timing of this alert can be viewed in the account configuration screen.
