The process is now fully online via the COBST webportal (Carrier On-boarding and support Tool)

In order to activate our EES-ETIAS service, a complete euLISA registration is needed.

Here is the step to follow  :

1. Request your registration login via the official euLISA Carrier Onboarding and Support Tool (COBST)

2. Once you have your login, click on “Carrier Registration menu” and complete the online form
Don’t forget to indicate your ICAO code in the “industry tag” field if you have one.

The following documents will be requested and must be uploaded : 

• Company registration document
• Instruments of company constitution including statutes
• Signed copy of the Security Convention for all contacts declared in the online form :
  • Legal Representative;
  • Contact Point;
  • Back Up Contact Point.

3. Once your registration is validated by the euLISA team

•  Log on your COBST account (euLisa webportal) , 
• Select “restricted request” menu 
• Click on “S2S connection request” and complete the form by copy/pasting the Streamlane information provided here. 
  When asked, confirm that you opt for “Carrier Compliance exemption” – Streamlane is already certified so you don’t need to go through the test phase.
• Don’t forget to keep informed your Strreamlane contact as euLISA doesn’t send notification
