Your Flight Transmission Report shows an overview of all messages transmitted for a specific flight. It includes:

• Acknowledgment or error responses (where applicable)
• Flight identification and plan
• Transmission date and time stamps
• Message types (PNRGOV, PAXLST, API)
• Latest messages transmitted to each connected state

How to get your Flight Transmission Report

1. Navigate to the flight screen in GOVlink.

2. Click the report icon on the top-right corner.

3. The Flight Transmission Report window opens, displaying flight identification, the flight plan, the transmission timestamps, and the most recent messages.

To download or print the report, click the green button at the bottom-right corner. This opens a printable version of the report, which can be saved as a PDF.
