How Can We Help?
Passenger Clearance Statuses
Certain states/ systems return passenger clearance statuses, which means they not only receive passenger and crew data but also send back a clearance status indicating whether each person is approved to board.
Streamlane shows clearance results directly in both the flight overview and individual passenger and crew level, making it easy to see at a glance who is cleared to board and where action is required. Each traveller’s status is presented using a simple, color-coded system:
| Status | What it means | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
| OK to board | No action needed — cleared for departure. |
![]() | Warning | Check details or supporting documents. |
| Not OK to board | Do not board this passenger |
