In FL3XX

Find passenger status clearance in the Passengers and Crew tab in front of each person.

TA DEP = Status from Departure Country
TA ARR = Status from Departure Country

The color of the dot indicates the status returned by the state.

🟢 Green – OK TO BOARD

🟡 Yellow – ADVISORY status (Requiring actions)

🔴 Red – NOT OK TO BOARD

In case of RED or YELLOW status, you will receive an email notification with further details (exact status label) and guidance on actions to take.

Note : To activate the passenger status display – in general – you must first tick the “enable the Travel Authorization in dispatch” in your configuration menu .
