The Last Transmitted Manifest provides an overview of the most recent transmissions, passenger or crew list, identity document details, and boarding statuses. This feature is only available for interactive states that return passenger status responses, such as the UK, UAE, and Canada.

How to get your Last Transmitted Manifest

To access the last transmitted manifest, navigate to the flight screen in GOVlink and then click on the three vertical points to the right of Departure/Arrival. Next, click on Last manifest and select your preferred option. The available options vary by country. In the example below, you can choose between the last transmitted manifest for crew or passengers.

The Last Transmitted Manifest window will open. It contains flight identification, the flight plan, the transmission date/time stamp and the passenger (or crew) manifest including their documents.

To download the manifest, click on the green button at the bottom right corner of the window. This opens a printable version of the manifest that can then be saved as a pdf.
