GOVlink, EUlink and Sanction list in Skylegs

Streamlane’s feedback appears directly within the Skylegs interface as color-coded dots with detailed hover messages. When all three services are activated, three distinct dots are displayed next to each passenger and in the flight overview under Mission activities.

To get to Mission activities, go to the Schedule view and click on the Aircraft tab.

GOVlink: API PNR Transmissions

The first dot represents the submission of passenger and crew API/PNR data to state authorities. A green, amber, or red dot appears next to each passenger or in the flight overview, indicating the current status:

🟢 Green – Successfully sent or in progress

🟠 Amber – Requires manual action (generally a manual push) or waiting for flight departure

🔴 Red – An error occurred, please check your emails for detailed instructions

When hovering over a dot, a message appears including icons that indicate the status of each transmission.

The message is structured as follows:

ISO3 code of departure country : Messages transmitted ( icon ) // ISO3 code of destination country : Messages transmitted ( icon )

Icons and their corresponding statuses:

  • ✓ : sent
  • ⏳: planned
  • ☝️: a manual action is required
  • ⌚: waiting for departure
  • ✖️: an error occurred
  • → : skipped, this message format will not be sent

EUlink: Passenger Clearance Checks

The second dot reflects the clearance statuses for passengers and crew, including checks for the UK ETA, eVisa, eu-LISAs EES and US TSA Secure Flight. The color of the dot indicates the outcome:

🟢 Green – All state authorities responded with an OK TO BOARD status

🔵 Blue – At least one authority issued an ADVISORY status (manual review required)

🔴 Red – At least one authority responded with a NOT OK TO BOARD status

Hovering over the dot of each passenger and crew reveals a breakdown of responses by state authority, along with icons:

✓ OK TO BOARD, ⚠ Advisory (manual check recommended), and ✖ Not OK to Board.

Sanctionlist: Passenger Screening

The third dot represents the Sanctionlist status, which screens passengers and crew against international sanctions databases. On the overall flight view, the dot color indicates the result:

🟢 Green – There is no passenger identified as a match

🟠 Amber – There is at least one possible match as part of the passengers list

At passenger and crew level, the matching rate appears when hovering over an amber indicator. This rate is fully configurable and can be adjusted to your preferred threshold.

Green bullet – no match

Amber bullet – possible match
