CARICOM IMPACS has announced the replacement of its current eAPIS Portal with the new CARICOM MDEX Portal for passenger and crew manifest submissions.
The existing CARICOM eAPIS Portal will be decommissioned on September 30, 2026. Effective October 1, 2026, all manifest submissions, including passenger and crew information, must be processed exclusively through the new MDEX platform.
Operators currently using the CARICOM eAPIS system should therefore prepare for the transition ahead of the deadline. Existing eAPIS accounts will not be transferred automatically, meaning organisations using the portal must create a new account on MDEX. CARICOM IMPACS also recommends beginning submissions through the new platform before September 30 to ensure continuity.
Operators using automated API transmissions should also ensure that their existing CARICOM connection is adapted to the new platform. Streamlane’s customers are covered automatically and do not experience any disruptions to their current processes.
