Flight upload via CSV
Click on “CSV converter” to download a template Excel file.

When opening the excel file, enable the macros.

Enter the flight / passenger / crew data into the “Input data” tab.

Once the data is complete, click on the “Erase csv values” button. This will clear any existing data from a previous flight from the “Csv” tab.

Next, click on the “Convert data to csv” button to populate the “Csv” tab with the flight / passenger / crew data.

Finally, click on the “Save as csv” button to generate the csv file. Windows users will be able to choose the filename and path for the csv file. For Mac users, the filename will be the “flight unique identifier” and it will be saved to the user’s desktop.

Select “Streamlane CSV 2.0” to upload the csv. Shortly after, the flight will appear below.

Some important information:
Find instructions in the “How to” tab.

- The passenger unique identifier column is automatically generated and cannot be edited. In case of duplicated values, use the “Manual Passenger Unique Identifier” field to manually overide the id.
- Columns highlighted in red indicate mandatory fields required for flight creation.
- Address Type column is mandatory if either Email or Phone Number, Address, Postal code, City Name or Country Code is filled.
- Example input data can be found in the “Example” tab
- The contents of the Passenger Role, Passenger Type, Address Type, Identity Document Type, Identity Document Gender and Identity Document Side columns should be chosen from their drop-down lists.
- Departure and arrival times should be entered in local time.
- In case you want to delete a line, please unprotect the file first then you will be able to delete the selected line.
- To unprotect the file, kindly go to Review then click on unprotect sheet
