Add Flight

Click Add flight to manually create your flight.

Reminder: This feature is not available to users with view rights only.  

Flight Creation

The flight creation is a 2 steps process. The first two rows must be filled-in before the Next step button becomes green:

When clicking on the green button to go to Step 2, the system validates the data. Once all the mandatory data are filled-in, save the flight using the save button:

To Edit the first line of flight elements, use the Change flight button:

When the first line of data is modified for an existing flight found in the database, the flight creation process starts again.

Manual Passenger and Crew Creation

An error notification will appear if no passenger or crew data is present.

Fill out information and save to continue.

Click Add identity document and fill out all required fields

Repeat this process for all crew members and passengers.
